Does Aspire Katy have breed restrictions?

Yes. Mastiffs, Chows, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers. German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and Staffordshire Terriers are restricted at Aspire Katy.  Contact the leasing team with questions.

Is there a pet fee or pet deposit at Aspire Katy?

Yes. A one-time fee of $300 is required for each pet in your home at Aspire Katy. The maximum one-time fee is $600 for two pets. Residents may choose either a refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet or a non-refundable deposit alternative of $87.50.

What are the office hours at Aspire Katy?

The Aspire Katy office is open Monday-Friday from 10 am - 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm, and Sunday from 1 pm - 5 pm. 

What lease terms are available at  Aspire Katy?

Aspire Katy offers a custom range of lease terms, typically between 13 - 15 months, giving residents flexibility on move-in and renewal timing. Apply online or contact the leasing office today to learn more about available lease terms for your preferred floor plan or apartment. 

How do I apply for an apartment at Aspire Katy?

Future residents at Aspire Katy can apply for a new apartment on our website or by contacting the leasing team. Applicant ID and income are verified through Plaid during the application process. 

What documents do I need to apply to live at  Aspire Katy?

Typically, applicants need a valid domestic or international government-issued photo ID, proof of income, and any co-applicant or guarantor information, as applicable. To verify applicant income, Plaid offers bank connect, payroll connect, or document upload for paycheck PDFs. Once you begin your online application, you'll be guided through each step of the application process.
